Adobe Files - Readers: Abobe's .pdf format is used for some files on this site. You may download a free .pdf viewer from Adobe at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html to enable sight-impaired users to convert Adobe PDF files into formats, including HTML & plain text, allowing screen readers to transcrip the content. Adobe has also developed a plug-in for Acrobat for Windows that provides similar functionality on a user's local system.
