Contractor Access Prime contractors are required to have their contract number, company name, and dates of the contract on file with the Access Control Branch.
Once this is on file then bring your driver’s license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance, employment letter and FC form 1994-E to
the Vehicle Registration Office. Sub-contractors and vendors are not authorized to register vehicles and must use Gate 3 or Gate 1 to enter post, or participate in the RAPIDGate program. RAPID Gate This program conducts background screening of vendors and contractors. Once approved, they are issued a badge which grants access through any gate.
