Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, 0500 - 2100 (5:00 a.m. - 9:00pm)

Services Rendered:

  • Issuance of Visitor and Contractor passes.
  • Issuance of RAPIDGate Credentials.
  • Clearing of Soldiers from the installation.
  • Enrollment into the Automated Installation Entry (AIE) program.
  • Local Records Checks.

Installation Access Requirements

All personnel requesting access to Fort Carson, must be able to show a valid reason for entry, fill out the FC Carson Form 2036-E (available at the VCC), present a valid state or federally issued photo ID, undergo a National Crime Information Center (NCIC III) check and be issued a Installation Access Badge/Pass.

Personnel who fail the NCIC III check will be denied access to the installation indefinitely. Denied personnel may request a waiver though the Garrison Commander’s office. Waiver applications can be requested at the Visitor Control Center. The application must be completed and all supporting documentation e-mailed to the Security and Access Control Division at usarmy.carson.imcom-central.mbx.fcdw@mail.mil.

Personnel who are in possession of a valid Department of Defense Identification Card may access the installation through any gate/any lane utilizing the DoD ID Card.
