Procedures

24 hour access pass, no DoD Sponsor: Contractors/Vendors (small vehicles under 26,000 lbs) requesting a day pass without a DoD Sponsor must go to the Visitor Control Center and present a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration and proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle). The contractor/vendor will complete the top portion of the FC Form 2036-E (available at the VCC). A NCIC III check will be conducted and a pass issued for the day.

Contractors/Vendors (Large vehicles, Over 26,000 lbs) requesting a day pass without a DoD Sponsor must go to Gate 3 present a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration and proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle) and manifest or bill of laden. A NCIC III check will be conducted, the vehicle will be inspected and logged. No passes will be issued at gate 3.

Multi day access pass, with a DoD Sponsor: Contractors or vendors requesting reoccurring access must have a DoD Sponsor. The sponsoring agency will ensure a FC Form 2036-E is completed on each employee and digitally signed by the Government sponsor’s certifying official. The form will be printed out and given to the employee. The contractor employee will then bring the FC Form 2036-E, a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration and proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle) to the Visitor Control Center. A NCIC III check will be conducted and a pass issued for the requested dates (not to exceed one year or the length of the contract, whichever is shorter).
