Hunting/Fishing

Visitors requesting reoccurring access for hunting or fishing must go to the Visitor Control Center and present a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration and proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle) and their recreation permit. The visitor will complete the top portion of the FC Form 2036-E (available at the VCC). A NCIC III check will be conducted and a pass issued for up to 120 days.

Gold Star Family Members and Survivors

Gold Star family members and Survivors may request reoccurring access to the installation. The Gold Star Member or Survivor will need to have the FC form 2036-E completed by the Survivor Outreach Services Office. The Gold Star member or Survivor must go to the Visitor Control Center and present a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration, proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle) and the completed FC Form 2036-E. A NCIC III check will be conducted and a pass will be issued for 1 year. SOS vehicle decals will be issued if requested.

Family Care Providers for Deployed Service Members

The deploying service member will need to complete the FC Form 2036-E and have it digitally signed by his/her Battalion or Brigade Commander or Executive Officer (XO). Family care providers requesting reoccurring access due to a service members deployment must go to the Visitor Control Center and present a valid state or federally issued photo ID (driver’s license if driving), vehicle registration, proof of insurance (if operating a vehicle) and the completed FC Form 2036-E. A NCIC III check will be conducted on the visitor and a pass issued for the time frame of the deployment (not to exceed one year).
