   New Fire Station

The Business Operations & Integration Division is responsible for Resource Management, Vision 2015 (Infrastructure Management), Facilities Management/Customer Service, and Automation Support. These functions are a vital part of the Directorate of Public Works. We are the first line of communication for customers who need to submit DA Form 4283, Facilities Engineering Work Requests. We receive the requests, get them approved and funded, then send them into execution. Once the project is completed, we are responsible for closing them out and completing them.

The Resource Management Team is responsible for the following:

  • Installation Status Report
     
  • Memorandums of Agreement
     
  • Acquiline's to commit funding for projects
     
  • Reviews and tracks DA Form 3953's (Purchase Request and Commitments) and Military Inter-Disciplinary Purchase Request (MIPR)
     
  • Controls utility expenses and payments
     
  • Issue watering permits/hydrant usage authorization
     
  • Tracking of expenses and obligated/expensed funds.

The Infrastructure Management Team controls the Unfinanced Requirement Projects (UFR's), the demolition of old structures, the priority work orders, and component code areas and the Vision 2015 Plan.

The Facilities Management Team is responsible for tracking projects, managing disciplines required to complete this work, customer service functions as well as Customer Rep functions.

The Automation Support Team is responsible for keeping the IT Equipment functioning for everyone within the Directorate. This includes the computers, printers, servers, software, etc.
