Responsible for the overall integrity and accuracy of Real Property Master Plan.

Schedules, Plans, Conducts Real Property Planning Board (RPPB).

Drafts/Submits DD Form 1391, project programming documentation, to higher command for Fort Carson projects.  Initiates facility siting requests and processes for command approval.

Coordinates issues, as required, with local off-post planning agencies.

 Prepares and submits yearly MCA construction program to FORSCOM.  Distributes MILCON project design packages to installation staffs and forward review comments to Corps of Engineers. 

Reviews and comments on tenant activity DD Forms 1391. 

Provides master planning or MILCON project programming briefings, as required. 

Acts as proponent for Installation Design Guide (IDG). 

Periodically distributes updated MILCON project listing to DPW Staff. 

Revises installation facility requirements in the Real Property Planning System (RPLANS).
