The Chief, Operations Division is responsible for the maintenance and repair of real property, facilities, fixed equipment, roads, grounds, railroads, and utilities on Fort Carson.

Oversees the administration of the Base Operations Maintenance Contract,  Manages the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) capitol equipment renewal program, manages  quality assurance inspection of DPW construction projects, DPW service contracts, Troop and R&U functions, and maintains liaison responsibility.

Responsible for the efficient management of the DPW vehicle and equipment fleet.

Supervises a civilian staff of 24 employees.

Ensures the Division operates effectively and efficiently through sound management practices, strategic planning, and the application of accepted engineering practices.

Provides quality services for soldiers, civilians, family members, and retirees.
