METHOD OF ACCOMPLISHMENT |
The most effective means to improve the visual environment of Fort Carson is to officially adopt and implement this Installation Design Guide. This document, as a specialized part of the entire Master Plan, focuses on the visual aspects of Fort Carson and is intended to serve as a comprehensive reference of design guidance for the post. The implementation portion of the IDG provides a methodology for establishing priorities and periodic updating; it also presents a project evaluation procedure to be used for monitoring design guide compliance.
