- The far-flung scattered pattern of facilities inhibits concentration of pedestrian and parking facilities and amenities.

- Inconsistent building materials, use, style, and level of maintenance is visually distracting.
- Metal sheds are inappropriate and unattractive.
5.3.5.4.3 Circulation
- Pedestrian and bicycle circulation networks are not well defined.
- Circulation relies entirely upon the individuals’ automobiles.
- There is no pedestrian connection between the parking lot and the new golf course clubhouse. People parking in the lot and going directly into the clubhouse typically cross a landscaped area with no sidewalk.
