9.13.4 Bicycle Storage/Parking

Provide bicycle storage racks in areas that can be visually supervised and in close proximity to building entrances, high activity areas, major workplaces, and recreational facilities, while avoiding conflicts with pedestrian circulation.  Bicycle storage areas should be covered, especially at barracks, and easily accessible to building entrances.  See Section 11, Site Elements for more information on bicycle storage.
