11.3.1.3 Bleachers
Bleachers provide viewing for various events. Bleachers are a completely functional site amenity and do not offer much in the way of aesthetics. Where bleachers are installed in a location that is permanent, shrubs can be planted on the sides and along the back to help screen them.
11.3.1.3.1 Bleacher Location

Bleachers can be found at ball fields, soccer fields, and other locations for viewing of recreational events. Bleachers can also be found at the parade grounds.
11.3.1.3.2 Bleacher Design
All bleachers are to be a pre-finished aluminum and are to be mounted or installed on a concrete pad. The number and size of bleachers required at each location will be determined by the nature of the activity being viewed and must be approved by DPW.
