11.3.16.1 Drinking Fountain Locations

Outdoor drinking fountains should not be provided, except to support larger playgrounds, outdoor recreation facility complexes, and outlying recreation areas if convenient to a potable water supply line. 

11.3.16.2 Drinking Fountain Design

Drinking fountain design shall coordinate with other site furnishing elements in the zone.  Steps should be provided for children and the standards should meet Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS).
