B.5.13 Utility Activation

Before any utility is activated, the contractor installing that utility (Electric, Gas, Water, etc.) shall contact the DPW, Base Operations Division and provide (2) two sets of as-built (red line) drawing representative of the as-built condition before any utility is energized.

ANY UTILITY PUT INTO USE WITHOUT MEETING THE AS-BUILT DRAWING REQUIREMENT WILL BE SHUT OFF AND LOCKED OUT BY BASE OPERATIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.  POC: Electrical 526-6673.
