Temporary Facilities available to contractor during construction:

Annotate the General Site Plan to show limits of construction site.  If the contractor required the use of additional area, he must obtain written approval from the Contracting Officer and amend the construction storm water pollution prevention plan. (Provided by Fort Carson)

NOTE:  Disposition of scrap and salvageable materials resulting from construction is the responsibility of the contractor unless otherwise noted and agreed. (Insert LEED™ information)

NOTE: Utilities used at the construction site may be metered and/or charged to the contractor.  The rate schedule for utilities will be provided as part of this complete checklist and shall be the basis by which the Installation will bill the utility usage.  Installation of temporary meters, where required, and temporary tie-ins to the utility systems shall be the responsibility and at the cost of the contractor.
