  • PROVIDE the CG, 4ID(M) and Ft. Carson, a continuing assessment of matters relating to the state of Economy, Efficiency, Discipline, Morale, Espirt de Corps, and Readiness of Units and Activities. O/O, DEPLOYS and PROVIDES IG suppport simultaneously at home and deployed locations IOT SUSTAIN the division's and Ft. Carson's readiness and war fighting capability. 

  • IG's Intent: To help Ft. Carson units fight & win the Nations' wars by helping the CDR's maintain unit readiness and war fighting capability. We will focus our 4 functions (Assistance, inspections, investigations, & Teach/Train on the 5 LOEs(Mission, Soldier, Family, Team, & Protect the force.)
