Services
The Fort Carson Office of the Staff Judge Advocate Legal Assistance Office hours are 0900-1630 (Monday-Friday). Clients may sign in for a walk-in appointment beginning at 0900 on Monday and Thursday. Walk-in slots are limited, and there is no guarantee our attorneys will be able to accommodate seeing all potential walk-in clients.
The Fort Carson Legal Assistance Office is available to all soldiers, dependents, and retirees. Services include preparation of wills, powers of attorney, name changes, and step-child adoptions. The office also offers advice in a wide range of legal areas including landlord/tenant, military administrative, family law, and consumer law.
The office is open from 0900 to 1630, Monday through Friday. Appointments are scheduled by calling on the last duty day of the week starting at 0900. The Legal Assistance Office offers a divorce/separation video briefing followed by a general question and answer session on Monday and Wednesday at 0930 and Thursday at 1400.

The Divorce & Separation video briefing is held every Monday & Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. & Thursday at 2 p.m. Appointments for this video briefing are not necessary.
