The Division�s mission is �To train, deploy and sustain brigade units of action; on order, conduct decisive full-spectrum combat operations in order to accomplish Combatant Commander Objectives.�
Again, congratulations on your assignment to Fort Carson � �Best Hometown in the Army � Home of America�s Best.� In addition to the welcome letter, you should have received �The Fort Carson Frequently Asked Questions� from your Unit Sponsorship Coordinator. I hope this document is useful as you plan your move to Colorado. The Sponsorship Coordinator will assign you a sponsor of your equivalent rank from the unit you are assigned to in the near future.
