It is a proven fact that D.A.R.E. has prevented the loss of lives more so than any other program. Through an outstanding curriculum, unparalleled delivery system, and the positive relationships that are created between law enforcement and students in the class room, young people are empowered to make good decisions that affect not only their lives, but also the lives of all who know them. The Fort Carson Police would like to congratulate the latest Fifth Grade Graduates of the D.A.R.E. program at Abrams Elementary and wish them all the success in the future.
