The Maneuver Control System (MCS) is an integrated architecture of hardware, software, Standardized Integrated Command Post System (SICPS), personnel and procedures. MCS provides Corps through Battalion force level commanders and staffs the ability to collect, coordinate, plan and act on near real time battlefield information and to graphically visualize the battlefield.
