The primary mission of the Soldier Readiness Processing Team is to ensure that Soldiers maintain their (Admin, Dental and Medical) readiness throughout the ARFORGEN cycle.

Fort Carson uses the Soldier Readiness & Deployment Checklist, DA Form 7425, contained in DARTS. Download a copy.

Please note SRP Outprocessing, ALL Soldiers must be in uniform except for Retirement Outprocessing and Pregnancy Chapters. Outprocessing is conducted any business day, 07-0730 with clearing papers. If Soldiers are being Chaptered, an escort is required. SRP Outprocessing consists of PHA, PDHRA, Behavioral Health, ASAP and Social Work Services if the Soldiers are NOT enrolled in those programs.

During inclement weather, SRP Site is open at 0700 and does not close on early phased release. The only time the SRP Site is NOT open is during post closures. If you or your Soldiers are scheduled and can not make it at your scheduled time, please contact the SRP Site Manager and/or NCOIC immediately.
