Responsibilites
The eMILPO team is responsible for personnel database support to non-divisional units at Ft. Carson. The eMILPO Section monitors overall database, as it is still based on the Personnel Processing Activity (PPA) code, to include monitoring PSDR Bde's to ensure they are collecting, resolving errors and submitting trouble tickets etc. in a timely manner.
Help Desk handle any questions dealing with Military personnel office records in eMILPO, EDAS, TOPMIS
eMILPO Classes
This class will be held 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 0900
Training will consist of the following
- How to enter eMILPO.
- How to use eMILPO.
- Step-by-step in Main Menu of eMILPO.
Enterprise DATASTORE (ADHOC Queries) Classes
This class will be held 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 0900
Training will consist of the following
- How to enter DATASTORE.
- Where to enter ADHOC Query.
- How to Set up and Run queries.
- How to Export to spread sheets.
- How to save queries for future use.
- Where to find saved queries.
Personnel need to call the numbers listed above to make reservation a seat. Both these training sessions will be open to all personnel (Non-Divisional and PSDR).
