The Network Enterprise Center (formerly DOIM) provides secure, reliable, responsive service in information resources & information technology to multi-component forces, fully supporting Fort Carson as a Power Projection Platform.
We serve as principal focal point at Fort Carson for information management matters.
We provide functional policy and guidance on Fort Carson IT systems and support, to include long haul and base communication (BASECOM) services for the entire installation, including all tenant organizations and activities.
We provide the information technology management strategic planning perspective to the Fort Carson strategic planning process, to include alignment with the Army strategic vision, goals and objectives.
We develop and implement Fort Carson IT performance measurements.
We provide oversight of Fort Carson Information Assurance Program.
We serve as Fort Carson's functional proponent for AKM transformation, Army Enterprise portals, Army Knowledge Enterprise Architecture and Army Enterprise Info-structure.
