Business & Plans Division (BPD) . The BPD is responsible for oversight, operations & integrations of information mission area disciplines and includes the following branches: Business Management Branch (BMB) & Plans, Architecture Services & Operations Branch (PASOB).

- Business Management Branch (BMB)
- BMB is the "backbone support" for all Fort Carson Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Information Technology (IT) business processes, including financial and personnel resource requirements, Service level Management, Regional COMSEC support, and Logistics IT support for the NEC and its customers.
- Plans, Architechture Services & Operations Branch (PASOB)
- PASOB provides services in the Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) areas of new capabilities and project management. It supports all IT projects, plans & programs for Fort Carson. This includes stationing projects; Military Construction (MILCON); Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program; Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP); DoD & Army Enterprise initiatives; and customer funded special projects.
