In order to submit a Remedy Ticket online for a work request, you must be an Information Management Officer (IMO) & have a Remedy User Account. Log-in to Remedy & submit your Remedy Ticket.

If you are not an IMO with a Remedy User Account, we can still help you submit a ticket for a work request. Please call the Customer Service Desk at 719-526-2270.
