A little about us...
Mission Statement:
The Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO) provides strategic and management planning, coordination, integration of enterprise-wide programs and activities, and facilitation of the continuous improvement of Garrison functions.
Responsibilites:

The PAIO is responsible for oversight and execution of a common platform of assigned functions. These functions provide analytical information about garrison programs and provide advice to the Garrison Commander.

The Garrison Corporate Business Process which assists Garrison leadership in maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of services.

The PAIO performs analysis and advisory work related to the operations, efficiency, and readiness of the garrison from a service delivery and business perspective.

The Planning and Integration functions provide analysis and advice to the GC, staff, and operating officials. This function provides assessment of program alternatives and priorities, and executes short/long-range planning programs and business strategies.

The Management Analysis functions evaluate programs and activities to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Garrison operations and provide oversight of assigned programs.
