A: Upon transferring into the NG each state has a written policy in place for length of stabilization, The AR has a written policy of 24 months.
Q: What if I decide to move out of the state, how does this effect my assignment in the RC?
A: Since the RC system have units that are Conus & Oconus, finding a unit to serve in is an available option.
