Lieutenant Colonel Daniel H. Hibner commissioned from Kemper Military College as a Distinguished Military Graduate and was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve in 1993. After serving in the USAR 70th Infantry Division for three years, he was assessed Active Duty as an Engineer Officer and attended the Engineer Officer Basic Course in 1996.
