Biography

CSM Antoine Duchatelier Jr., of Cambria Heights, NY, enlisted on 29 October 1985 and attended basic combat training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Upon completion he reported to Fort Eustis, Virginia for advanced individual training. After successful completion he was awarded the MOS of 15J Aircraft Fire Control/Missile Systems Repairer.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics System Design from Trinity University. CSM Duchatelier has deployed three times in support of OEF, and twice in support of OIF.

His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (2 OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (4 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (2 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), Good Conduct Medal (9th Award), National Defense Service Medal (with Bronze Star), Iraqi Campaign Medal (with 2 Bronze Stars), the Afghan Campaign Medal (with Bronze Star), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Korean Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (with Numeral 4), Overseas Service Ribbon (with Numeral 6), NATO Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Master Aviation Badge, Master Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badge. He has been awarded the Army Aviation Association of America’s Order of St Michael (Bronze Award).
