Inspector General
Mission Statement: The Inspector General is an extension of the eyes, ears, voice and conscience of the division commander. Our job is to conduct inspections, provide assistance, teach and train standards and conduct investigations and inquiries. We are impartial fact finders and problem solvers. In other words, we research an issue to find the facts and standards that govern or concern that particular issue. Anyone can initiate a complaint or request assistance. We help improve the effectiveness, efficiency, discipline and morale of the unit and their Family members.

Mission Statement: The Assistant Chief of Staff, G3 (Operations), is responsible for coordinating and planning all training, taskings, resources (land, ranges and ammunition), and operational deployments. The G3 consists of Current Operations, Future Operations, Training, Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Section, Air Defense Cell, Aviation and Airspace, space Operations and Force Integration.

Mission Statement: The Assistant Chief of Staff, G4 (logistics) provides oversight, coordination and support to the division and brigade units for supply, maintenance, food service, strategic transportation and environmental compliance activities. The Soldiers of the G4 staff are focused on ensuring the division is able to deploy anywhere in the world and that the Soldiers are ready and equipped to fight and win regardless of what conditions the division's units operate.

Mission Statement: The Assistant Chief of Staff, G5 is the principal staff officer responsible for preparing and coordinating required Operation Plans or Operations Orders in support of the division commander's missions. Additionally, develops courses of action within the framework of assigned objectives or missions, forces available and the commander's intent. G5 conducts analysis and coordination of future operations (generally 72 hours and beyond) during the execution phase of operations. Finally, coordinates planning efforts with higher, lower, adjacent and multinational headquarters, as required.

Mission Statement: The G6 primary responsibility is technical control of the voice and digital networks within the division and coordinates directly with the brigade S6 and NETOPs for management. The section also coordinates and manages internal division CP voice, data, and audio/visual (A/V) communications that allow the division to effectively command and control all divisional units, synchronize operations, and defeat the enemy. Additionally, the G6 section coordinates the division's communication effort in a joint environment to support the division commander, his staff and subordinate/separate brigades/battalions in order to ensure effective battle command.

Fires & Effects
Mission Statement: The FECC advises the division commander on the best use of available Fire Support Resources, providing input to necessary orders and developing and implementing the Fire Support Plan.
