The hotline is a means of communicating with the commanding general. There are two methods of communicating your concerns, complaints, suggestions or praise - this form or you may call 719-526-2677. In this communication we ask that you be as specific as possible.

Information that should be included, as applicable, is:

Unit, Rank, and Name, are required
Contact information, email and phone are required so we may contact you to get additional information, if necessary
Specifics of complaint, include as much information about the situation as possible
